Raich Law, PLLC was founded by Sagar Raich. Mr. Raisch received full academic scholarships for his
undergraduate education at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He also received full academic
scholarships to complete his Juris Doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the UNLV.
He is experienced in the areas of business law, real estate law, and bankruptcy law, in addition to
immigration law. Having also worked in the financial industry, he is knowledgeable regarding the field
and its rules and regulations.
Raich Law, PLLC was formed with the purpose of serving the business and personal legal needs of clients
in the states of Nevada and California. With multiple offices in both states, the practice is well-
positioned to meet our clients’ legal needs. Helping clients to build and protect their businesses are

Originally settled in 1905 and officially incorporated in 1911, Las Vegas is the 28th largest city in the
United States and is the anchor of the Las Vegas Valley metropolitan area. It is also the largest city
within the greater Mojave Desert. The city is surrounded by mountain ranges on all sides. Las Vegas is
known throughout the world for its gambling, luxury shopping, fine dining, fabulous hotels, top-notch
entertainment, and exciting nightlife.
As the “Entertainment Capital of the World,” Las Vegas is a global leader in the hospitality industry,
claiming more AAA Five Diamond hotels than any other city. Las Vegas is one of the sunniest, driest,
and least humid locations in the United States. Its climate consists primarily of long, hot summers and
short winters with mild days and cool nights. Also known as the “Marriage Capital of the World” Las
Vegas is a popular wedding destination. The ease of acquiring a marriage license, the minimal costs
involved, and the variety of wedding types and venues available all contribute to its popularity as a
wedding location.
The center of gambling and entertainment activities is the Las Vegas Strip. The Strip is located
outside the city limits in the surrounding unincorporated communities of Paradise and Winchester. The
largest and most famous casinos and hotels are located in this area, including The Tropicana, The MGM
Grand, The Bellagio, The Venetian, Mandalay Bay, Caesar’s Palace, and many others. Some of the more
popular free attractions on the Strip include the water fountains at Bellagio and the volcano at The
Mirage, as well as the Fall of Atlantis and Festival Fountain at Caesar’s Palace. Cirque du Soleil shows,
